Now is the time for you to dream of how things could be different. It doesn’t take long to realize that the world is pretty far from God’s intentions. But here’s the cool thing…God isn’t giving up. God’s a dreamer. And so what are we called to do? Dream along.
Step #1: Brainstorm. Get out a pen and paper, computer, napkin—however you think best—and start brainstorming! Think of ways you can help your community and the world around you. Whether you want to end human trafficking or start a community garden, there are many ways you can join in the mission of God.
Step #2: Research. Once you have an idea of what project you’d like to look into, start doing some research on the internet, at your local library, in the newspaper, and in magazines. There is a multitude of resources out there to help you start your project. Check out the Helpful Resources below to get some ideas!
Step #3: Decide. Now that you’ve done the research, you can decide on what sort of project you would like to do and move into the next phase: Team It.
